How does this work?
Restaurants signup to OrderMyLunch.com via an area sales agent or restaurants may soon apply online. Restaurants must provide us their menu(s) to host electronically online. The OrderMyLunch.com system will send real-time orders and/or notifications to participating restaurants. Consumers may pay conveniently online and have their food delivered by our delivery services or the restaurant itself.

Is there a contract?
Yes, we must obtain an agreement for legal purposes; however there is never a stated length of time a business has to be bound as they can be cancelled or suspended at any time up to the next billing cycle. The service is designed to convenient restaurants who may want to host menus during different monthly cycles thus out of month restaurants during downtime may set their service as suspended.

Do we provide delivery services?
Yes, we may provide additional delivery services on a “Pay-as-needed” basis.
Our “Pay-as-needed” system works during the hours you “need” them most. Restaurants pay per hour for one of our shared delivery agents. Orders that come through OrderMyLunch.com may be delivered; therefore restaurants would refer delivery customers to place orders directly on our system. OrderMyLunch.com will NOT deliver orders beyond our ordering system for security purposes.

Broadband internet to use our service.
Fax machine for food orders.
Email address for notifications and/or food orders.
Smart phone and/or mobile SMS device for order notifications.
Voice LAN line i.e. “Phone” to accept incoming voice order notifications.
