Allow guests to place orders right from their room and in some circumstances guests may charge their orders to the room. OrderMyLunch.com is an added benefit to guests looking for convenience. Upon a guest’s check-in; simply offer the OrderMyLunch.com in-room service. Additionally, guests may order from restaurants inside the hotel via online room service.
How does this work?
The hotel or motel simply registers a guest that would like to partake in the in-room
service via their hospitality web dashboard. Next, when the guest accesses the
OrderMyLunch.com site via the registered suite; our system will detect the licensed
hotel or motel making the request. Finally, our system will request an authorized
pin number for in-room charges; otherwise the guest may order using his/her debit
credit card since the room is registered in the system.
